Get up close with all your favorite characters from Hayao’s films, watch one of his earliest movies, enjoy exclusive seasonal exhibits and dream away while sipping at a cup of tea at the Ghibli Cafe.

How to Purchase

1. Bookings for the next month will be open on every month from the 1st at 10:00 a.m. to the 5th at 06:30 p.m.

(e.g. You can start purchasing your ticket from November 1 to November 5, for an admission between December 1 and December 31.

*Please note that whether or not your booking has been successful, it does not depend on your purchasing time or date (it is not a “first come, first served” concept).

2. While booking, please make sure about the following

? Details must be provided before the 7th.

? Whether or not the purchase has been successful, travelers will be notified before the 15th.

* Please note that this product will require more than 48 hours to process.

· When booking, please provide your passport number and full name as it is shown on your passport.

· The name provided will be in the booking system; please confirm the name as shown on the passport. Failure to do so may result in your booking being voided.

· Tickets will present the Pinyin form of the Passport holder's name.

? Please note that there is a daily visitor limit for the museum. We cannot guarantee that all travelers will be able to book for the date they wish to visit the museum. Thank you for your understanding.

? Tickets for the next upcoming month will be sold from the 10th of every month.

(Ex. Ticket for April 2017 will be sold starting from March 10, 2017). Please follow KKday’s booking procedure and we will keep you posted on the progress as soon as possible.

? If you cannot pick-up your ticket from the airport between 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., it is not advisable for you to purchase this package.

? Pick-up at the H.I.S. Easygo counter at the airport

① Narita Airport Terminal 1

The H.I.S. Easygo counter is located at the South Exit of Level 1 International arrival hall.

② Narita Airport Terminal 2 (for travelers taking LCC)

The H.I.S. Easygo counter is located at the Level 1 International arrival hall.

③ Haneda Airport International Terminal 2F

The H.I.S. Easygo counter is located on the right side of the arr博客來暢銷書ival hall of Level 2 International Terminal.

? Have your flight details ready for the H.I.S. Easygo staff to verify your purchase. Please understand that KKday will not be responsible for any loss incurred due to insufficient or incorrect information been provided during the booking process.

? The H.I.S. Easygo counter opens between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. If you cannot pick-up your ticket between these hours, it is not advisable for you to purchase this product.
